How to set up your trip.

1) Make contact with the form below or email your ideas to me.

2) We will discuss the options and come up with a plan including: cost, dates, options, ect.

3) Once myself and the guest agree to the plan a deposit of 40% trip cost is required to reserve the dates.

4) We will work with you directly to develop a custom trip that fits your needs, timeframe, and desired outcome.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Policies for payment and deposit

-A 40% Deposit is required to hold booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to trip. Within 30 days the full amount is due. If full amount is not received within 30 days First Light Mountain Guides reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation and Refund

-If guest(s) cancel 30 days or more before the start of the trip, there is a full refund minus 200 Euro cancellation fee per person, plus any accrued costs due to trip organization.

-If guest(s) cancel withing 30 days of trip no refund is given.

-Please purchase Trip Cancellation, Interruption, and Emergency Evacuation Insurance in order to cover yourself in case you need to cancel.
